Key Responsibilties
- Personnel mobilization policy for Pre-trained Individual Manpower (PIM)
- Developing and publishing the Army's RC replacement policy
- Developing policy and procedures for access to the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR)
- Policy proponent for mobilization of retired members of the Army
- Integration of Civilian deployment and employment policy with military mobilization and deployment policy
- Army proponent for CONUS Replacement Center (CRC)
- DoD proponent for Federal Deployment Center (FDC)
- Operates the Army's Personnel Contingency Cell (PCC) in the Army Operations Center
- DoD Executive Agent for NEO/Repatriation Plans and Operations
- DoD Functional proponent for the NEO Tracking System (NTS) and Automated Repatriation Reporting Systems (ARRS)
- Army proponent for the Mass Casualty Response Plan.
