Portfolio Management

Respond to data calls from the DoD Information Technology Portfolio Repository (DITPR) and the Army Portfolio management Solution leads.
Maintain to current the Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS) IT registry tool.
- Identify improvements to the APMS
Develop and maintain the Army G-1 Military and Civilian Sub-Domain.

Maintain HR IT investments inventory.
Conduct Portfolio Management.

Governance

Develop and maintain a Governance structure.
Develop an effective and institutionalized HR IT investment review process.

Evaluate IT systems modernization efforts and submit draft investment certification packages.
Eliminate redundant and stove-piped IT investments.
Develop an effective Capital Planning and Improvement Management (CPIM) process.
Develop IT investment analysis for system certification.
Conduct IT contract and acquisition for the G-1 Senior Level Review Board.
